Stardome fun!

On Friday room 8, 7 and 18 went to Stardome!
I loved the dome movie when you look up into the dome and the movie of the solar system plays on the roof! I was in team Mercury and we answered all the questions on the iPad correctly. We loved Stardome and had so much fun and will go back to Stardome soon. I recommend it to people who like to learn about space and it would be fun for any age!

Genial.ly Mars facts

Today our class have been learning about Mars and here is what I have done!

👩‍🚀Mars pods🚀

We made space pods to go on Mars out of straws, paper and sellotape and then we tested them against a fan because there are dust storms on Mars and they can be very strong so we tested the for there strength.

Vector electricity came to talk to room 7 and 8

Esther was teaching us about electricity.

Esther is telling us that if we spin the fan then the light would light up.

These people are trying to turn the light on.

We had a try to fly the helicopter with solar panels.

Sea Cleaners

This week is green and blue week and Charlie and Hayden came to talk to the school about helping the ocean and sea birds.

Hayden is talking to us about what he does.

Charlie is talking to us about her childhood.

This all the rubbish they pulled out of the sea in one day.

They have lots of helpers.
